Terms of Service
In force since 16 September 2026.
These terms are the agreement between you and Starthrop Dynamics, Unipessoal Lda when you create an account or buy a plan for EU Delivery ID.
They are written to be read. If anything here is unclear, write to support@eudeliveryid.eu and we will explain it before you buy.
1. Who we are
| Company | Starthrop Dynamics, Unipessoal Lda |
|---|---|
| Company number (NIPC) | 519488261 |
| Registered office | Rua da Sociedade, n.º 4, 2695-567 São João da Talha, Loures, Portugal |
| Contact | support@eudeliveryid.eu |
| Service | EU Delivery ID |
2. What the service does, and what it does not
EU Delivery ID brings the tracking of parcels carried by different carriers into one place. You paste the tracking number and follow the delivery on your phone or in your browser.
You can also store your address in your account, at no cost, and keep the history of earlier versions.
We are not a carrier and we carry nothing. We do not sell, ship, deliver or hold parcels. We show the information carriers publish about each shipment — if that information is wrong, late or missing, the service shows what exists and nothing more.
Complaints about the delivery itself — delay, loss, damage — are settled with the carrier or with the shop you bought from. We cannot change a parcel's route.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the service. The account is personal.
- You must be 18 or older. The service is not intended for minors, and we neither ask for nor want data about minors.
- Use an email address you can access: it is how we confirm your identity and where we send notices.
- Your password is yours, and keeping it safe is your responsibility. If you suspect someone has entered your account, write to support@eudeliveryid.eu.
- You can delete your account whenever you want, from the app or by email. How to do it, and what is erased, is on the Delete your account page.
Support will never ask you for your password, a recovery code, your card details or an identity document.
4. Plans and limits
The account and the stored address are free. Paid plans give you a number of new parcels per cycle:
| Plan | Price | New parcels per cycle |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | €3.99 per month | up to 10 |
| Plus | €5.99 per month | up to 20 |
The limit counts new parcels, not days of tracking. A parcel already being tracked keeps being tracked until it arrives, even if that takes longer than one cycle.
If you cancel, the balance you did not use does not vanish the next day: it stays usable until 30 days after your last confirmed payment.
5. Prices, taxes and where you buy
The prices shown are the final consumer price, VAT included. Nothing is added at the end.
Depending on where you buy, the party that charges you and issues your receipt may not be Starthrop Dynamics:
| Where you buy | Who charges you | Where you manage and cancel |
|---|---|---|
| App Store (Apple) | Apple | Apple account settings, under “Subscriptions” |
| Google Play | Google Play, under “Payments and subscriptions” | |
| On the web, by card | Stripe, as merchant of record | Customer portal, from your account |
In every case the service is provided by Starthrop Dynamics and you can write to us. But a refund request follows whoever charged you, because that is who holds the payment.
6. Renewal and cancellation
Plans are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Each renewal is charged at the start of the next cycle.
You can cancel whenever you want, where you bought (see the table above). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: you lose nothing you paid, and we do not charge you again.
Cancelling a plan does not delete your account. They are separate things, and an account without a plan still exists, with its address and history.
If a payment fails, the plan may be suspended until the payment is settled. We email you before your access changes.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason and without penalty, counted from the date of purchase.
The exception the law provides, said plainly: EU Delivery ID is a digital service that starts being supplied as soon as you buy. If you ask for it to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been supplied in full, that right ends at that moment. Until the service has been supplied in full, you may withdraw and pay only for the part already supplied.
How to exercise it: an unambiguous statement is enough. Write to support@eudeliveryid.eu with your account email address and the date of purchase. No form and no justification are needed.
Who refunds you: whoever charged you. If you bought on the App Store or Google Play, the refund is requested from and processed by those stores under their own rules. If you bought on the web, the refund is processed by Stripe. Either way you can write to us and we will follow the request with you.
8. Acceptable use
We ask for little, and what we ask is what protects the service for everyone:
- do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or to track someone else's parcels without their knowledge;
- do not try to get around plan limits, create accounts in bulk, or automate access that imitates a person;
- do not try to enter other people's accounts, or interfere with the security or availability of the service;
- do not resell the service or let others use it as if it were theirs.
If an account is used that way, we may suspend or close it. Where we do so on our own initiative and through no fault of yours, we refund the part of the period you had paid for and did not use.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise permanent availability: there is maintenance, there are faults, and there are failures at third parties we depend on, carriers included.
We may change features over time. If a change significantly reduces what you already bought, we will email you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel without any penalty.
10. Liability
We are liable for damage we cause under Portuguese law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, nor our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or for personal injury.
We are not liable for what we do not control: how carriers behave, what is inside a parcel, the tracking information carriers publish, or indirect loss such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
11. Personal data
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out the purposes, the retention periods and how to exercise your rights.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to existing customers, we will email you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
The date in force is at the top of this page. The version that applies to you is the one published on the day of your purchase, until a new one takes effect under the paragraph above.
13. Governing law and disputes
Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer, you may always go to the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the law of your country of residence.
Before going to court, write to us at support@eudeliveryid.eu: most questions are settled that way, and we answer all of them.
In Portugal you may also turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body — the consumer arbitration centre for your area — and file a complaint in the electronic Complaints Book at livroreclamacoes.pt.
